The 7th Philippine Youth Congress in Information Technology officially starts today. Congress kits include a bag that contains a pen, program booklet, flyers, ID laces and, for the lucky ones, a special surprise. 
The bags follow the daily color scheme and in no particular order: Red, Green, Blue and Yellow.
